Total Cost of Real Estate™ (TCR™) is a term CREi developed in attempting to better understand the management components of corporate real estate impacting the balance sheet and P&L of a company whose primary business was not real estate but for whom it was a vital aspect in the creation and delivery of their products and services. These apply across all industry types and geographies.
